Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

Diamond Drunk charges flat rates for US shipping on our products.

Economy (5-8 day shipping): Items like Diamond Detox Concentrate or accessories (under 1 pound), $5. Essential Collection (over a pound), $10

In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, orders are sent to our fulfillment center within minutes of being placed. We are unable to modify or cancel your order once submitted at checkout.

Subscriptions:

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select during your original subscription order checkout.

Your payment details are encrypted and stored securely through the original checkout method and your original method of payment will be charged upon shipment.

You may pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time. Please log into your account or access your subscription via the subscription order confirmation emails. Reminder emails will be sent prior to your shipment being sent before an automatic payment is charged to your card.

Returns/Refunds:

Diamond Drunk offers a 30 day returns policy, which should be completed via our returns portal by clicking here.

There is a flat $7 shipping/restocking fee on Diamond Detox Concentrates and a $12 shipping/restock fee on Essentials Collection which will be deducted from your refund.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

All sales are final on branded items (example: Cashmere Cloud Towel and Security Guard Drain Cover.).  Opened Diamond Detox Concentrates are non-refundable.  Please empty all fluids from your cleaning vessel prior to returning.  

All returns must be processed through our returns portal. Refunds are initiated once your return is scanned into the shipping system and issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 days for your funds to become available to you. 

Damaged Product: 

If you receive your order and it has been damaged during transport, please reach out to our customer service team by clicking here and explaining the issue. Kindly send a picture of the damaged item, and upon inspection, our team will initiate a re-shipment of your order.
